QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         University (Bachelor) degree from a reputable university in Engineering (preferably in industrial engineering

·         Minimum 5 years of related work experience,

·         Experience in leading OD & Comp. & Ben. projects,

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English,

·         Experience in compensation and benefits, analysing numeric data and providing robust output for the business,

·         Excellent command on MS Excel is a minimum requirement,

·         Highly numerate, detail oriented and strong data analysis skills,

·         Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills,

·         Military service completed for male candidate.


JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Establishing & monitoring a KPI based performance management system.

·         Developing the HRIS system.

·         Preparing/following up HR department budget.

·         Updating job descriptions.

·         Creating job profiles.

·         Preparing & developing HR documentations (processes, policies & guidelines)

·         Own, plan and deliver defined projects within the Organisational Development team.

·         Ensure timely and accurate production of standard and customised HR (including all HR functions) reports for the Business.

·         Supporting Compensation & Benefits functions such as Annual Sales Review, promotions, incentives etc.

·         Preparing & updating the organizational structure & headcount planning in liason with Department Heads.
