Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Quality Assurance Specialist to join its  Supply Chain & Procurement.

·         Conducting local quality and food safety audits
·         Ensure global standarts and local quality management policies for warehouse&  distributers                                                                                                            
·         Preparing periodical management reports to highlight strengths & opportunities
·         Following  legal audits and new regulations to update operation & import teams
·         Managing waste management (legal)
·         Conducting pest control management
·         Managing food analysis

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
·         Min 3 years experience in food industry – operational/retail QA experience is preferred
·         Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections
·         Ability to multitask, be detail oriented and to remain calm under pressure
·         Ability to influence others
·         Good knowledge of global and local regulations, food, food contact and non-food product safety, product labelling
·         Proactive, achievement oriented and problem solver
·         Excellent command of written and spoken English
·         Team player with strong communication skills
·         Military obligation completed for male candidates
·         No restrictions to travel
