Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Merchandiser to join its Lbrands(Victoria's Secret,Bath and Body Works) Department.

• Bachelor’s degree; Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering degrees are prefered,
• Min. 8 years experience,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Pro-active, energetic, analytical thinker, team player with good communication and presentation skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel is a must,
• Very well organized and strong daily follow up skills,
• High attention to details.

İŞ TANIMI

• Produce/analyze sales/stock to determine best sellers, worse sellers, stock levels, covers, stock and sale margins,
• Be responsible from all reports needed internally and to the Host Brand,
• Set logical and commercial price within target margin,
• Track shipment invoices determining shortage excess/arrival and inform Merchandising Manager,
• Make sure that stores have optimum stock levels and right stock at all times,
• Manage weekly allocation and transfer files and organize the shipment,
• Set seasonal promotion calendar with marketing team,
• Join weekly calls and be contact with international teams and discuss merch-related issues,
• Coordinate the information flow between Host Brand and Team members in Turkey ,
• Set sales targets for promotions within target margin,
• Be accountable for merchandising planning, OTB, forward planning, stock management ,
• Visit stores once a week to observe and guide store teams. Set the correct and quick information flow with the related departments.
