Project Coordinator (chinese/japanese Speaker)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Chinese/Japanese Speaker) forSONY's Global Application Security Services reporting to Sony Electronics, Global Information Security. Candidate will be located in Istanbul office.

 The role will be supporting coordination of internal and external security test assessments as well as translating reported vulnerabilities into risk and recommendations for internal or external customers. S/he will be helping with security services for internal/ external teams and provide regular reports. Also, the role will be reviewing with line manager about existing processes, workflows, documentations and operational manuals to ensure that the team is in sync with global security policies, consequently s/he will be helping to ensure achievement of agreed KPIs. 

Key Responsibilities: 
Coordination 

•  Coordinate different steps for embedding security best practices in application development process both for internal & external development teams and 3rd party agencies 
• Coordinator will be helping the line manager for coordination of Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Management. 
• Establish a good communication bridge between Security Engineers and Internal/External Customers 

Process Design and Improvement 

•  Track Innovations in related fields and create reports for improvements 
• Help internal continuous improvement process 

Analyze 

•  Analyze Vulnerability related reports and provide help to internal customers 
• Identify internal and external needs for opportunities 
• Helping with vendor evaluation 

 Qualifications & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education 
• Maximum 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis/ Information Security/ Project Management 
• Understanding about Service Delivery and Design 
• Ability to track parallel activities in challenging conditions 
• Good planning skills 
• Workflow, UML knowledge 
• Ability to adapt different conditions and teams easily 
• Strong documentation skills 
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills 
• Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills and can work internationally with diverse cultures. 
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic, globally team with a strong customer-oriented attitude 
• Excellent English skills both written and verbal 
• Excellent Chinese or Japanese skills both written and verbal 

Pluses: 

• Application Security Domain knowledge, 
• Experience in a systematic risk management approach, 
• An understanding of Application Architectures, 
• Holding a PMP Certificate, 
• Holding an ITIL Certificate,
