Solution Engineer / Teklif Mühendisi

•We are looking for a "Solution Engineer" who will be able to perform his/her role in the business field of Process Automation with below qualifications; 
•Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, 
•Min. 2+ years of experience in bidding processes and  internal sales roles,
•Preferably experience in industrial automation, measurement technologies,  flowmeters, analyzer and process solutions,
•Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken,
•Effective use of Microsoft Office Programs,
•Advanced business & interpersonal communication skills, both presenting and active listening,
•Self-motivated, strong commitment to goals and proactive attitude,
•Customer & Solution oriented, Analytical, open minded, a good team player,
•Able to work effectively with deadlines and under time pressure,
•Ability to manage multiple tasks at once,
•Highly skilled in planning and strong follow up ability,
•No military obligation for male candidates.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

•Understand the customer requests and create technical and commercial proposal solutions in coordination with sales & project team and other departments including German head office.
•Ability to drive complex proposals to completion in time with desired quality
•Responsible with reading specifications and terms & conditions to offer complete solutions.
•To talk and negotiate frequently with customer and other departments. 
•Provide full sales support to field team & customers on all relevant issues,
•Responsibility of complete process, starting from the quotation stage and order processing to the product  commissioning
•Responsible from delivery of all the necessary clarifications & calculations  when project awarded to the order handling & project department.
•To support & assist project department when needed.
