We are a multinational production company in Packaging Industry located in Istanbul-Tuzla. We are looking for  'Product Integration Engineer”.

Skills & Abilities:

•                 Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering

•                 Min. 3 years of experience in Production or R&D department especially in Printing Ink Industry or Chemical Industry

•                 Advance level in both written and verbal English

•                 Good knowledge in SAP master data maintenance and business rules is preferable

•                 Good SAP basic knowledge on formulations and production is preferable

•                 Good level of MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Access skills

•                 Team player, dynamic, goal oriented, and problem solver.

Duties & Responsibilities

-                      Carry out the first industrialization phase of the formulas developed by the Technology Department.

-                      Act as a bridge position between production and technology (product development) departments to ensures that site recipes, their components, process parameters are defined properly and ensures production continuity within that perspective for the previously industrialized products to have a satisfactory quality level.  

-                      Interpret the instructions from Technology and ensure correct text keys in master recipes are defined.

-                      Observe and  investigate the root causes of production-based or formula-based nonconformities of previously industrialized products and communicate root causes with relevant parties.

-                      Adapt site recipes to production.

-                      Deal with mass changes in SAP

-                      Make sure that the library of Master recipe Templates is correct and up to date, reflecting the state of the art in production

-                      Control resources, costing lot sizes, process times in the recipes and commence changing request if required.

-                      Analyze the data of product quality level and processing times to provide better commissioning of SAP OMP+ Advanced Planning Modules.

-                      Ensure that industrialization and production process are performed properly by the parties.

-                      Observe effective and efficient progress of the industrialization process and share constructive feedbacks for the aspects of the infrastructure, formula and raw material requirements with the relevant parties.
