We are a multinational production company in Packaging Industry located in Izmir-Kemalpasa. We are looking for 'Sales Support Responsible', who will has a chance to get career opportunities for TOB Packaging in Izmir Kemalpasa Plant.

 

Skills & Abilities

 

·        University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support function

·        Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking,

·        Strong analytical problem solving ability

·        High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results - orientation

·        SAP SD knowledge is preferable

·        Good level in both written and verbal English

·        No military obligation for male candidates

 

Duties & Responsibilities


·        Organizing the deliveries, receiving the complaints from the customers and communicating the results to the customer by taking the necessary actions

·        Planning the delivery operations under coordination with logistic department

·        Following up all delivery operations (from order to deliver) on time and managing invoicing process via using SAP

·        Claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers

·        Continuous customer data management

·        Follows up credit limits, dunning process
