What do I need to qualify for this job?

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical and electronics engineering (or similar fields),
• Proven 3+ years of experience designing and developing responsive UI applications for Web,
• Solid experience in Typescript language / Angular2+ framework,
• Have experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript,
• Have experience with Sass or other compiled CSS languages,
• Have experience in responsive web design,
• Have a proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, adaptation issues for varying screen sizes and device types,
• Have experience in optimizing for page performance,
• Have experience or knowhow designing and utilizing Restful API,
• Have experience or knowhow on web design skills and user experience fundamentals,
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT,
• Understanding of clean and well documented front-end code.
• Have an understanding of security concepts regarding web-based development,

Preferable Additional skills/experiences (i.e. is a plus):

• Experience with UI/UX prototyping tools, graphic tools and workflow execution tools,
• Experience in building UI/UX output such as wireframes, design mock-ups, flow charts, functional specifications, and style guides,
• Experience in translating visual designs,
• Experience in maintaining and debugging live web-based software systems,
• Knowhow on libraries such as Bootstrap, PrimeNg,
• Experience with common identity management services and integrations,
• Experience in Software life cycle and agile methodologies (especially SAFe framework),
• Experience in unit testing, integration test and end-to-end test, as well as enthusiasm for automated testing,
• Knowhow in CI/CD pipeline and tools,
• Knowledge of Energy Domain - Power Systems concepts

• An ability to understand and explain abstract concepts in a clear way to technical and non-technical audiences

What else do I need to know?

• Fluent command of English is a must, German is a plus.
• No restrictions for travelling abroad temporarily.
