We are looking for the Lead Country Head of IT, who will be the trusted advocate of the business (SI, DI, PoC and related support and governance functions) providing a voice into IT

What are my responsibilities?

• Leading and motivating the RC Turkey IT team members
• Partnering with Senior Management of Siemens Turkey to add value to the business and be a trusted advisor
• Accountable for delivery of high business and user satisfaction
• Decision making for local delivery of selected projects and services
• Escalation management, focal point for local issues
• Encouraging best practice and re-use
• Act as ambassador and local partner for IT Global Hub
• Provide support for innovation and digitalization topics/programs and ad hoc project activities
• Collaboration with other IT units such as Global Hub/Value Centers/etc…
• Ensuring IT compliance with local laws/regulations

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• BSc., MSc. in Engineering, IT or related
• Excellent command of both Turkish and English
• Proven leadership and management skills, ability to lead and manage through influence rather than hierarchy
• Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills (within business and IT)
• Entrepreneurial competencies (outcome driven, capable of business-driven analysis,
• negotiation skills, assertiveness, planning skills, business model generation, value cocreation)
• Ability to drive innovation together with stakeholders from country/global/Business IT

What else do I need to know?
