Head of SRE

We are looking for a Head of Siemens Real Estate (SRE) for Siemens Turkey Companies.

What are my responsibilities?

•            Execute day to day operations (incl. local property management + local customer interface)

•            Ensure AMA & Hub support in all activities

•            Steering of local support functions;

•            Orchestration of local services such as canteen and transportation based on business alignment

•            Target assignment (IBIT contribution), Steering with defined KPIs

•            Local Property Management on the following; align space requirements with customers, Local tenant relationship management, Align with tenant on mid- and long-term real estate requirements, Evaluate and manage local EHS-aspects and –risks (GAPRA) in order to ensure legally compliant operation, Consult, support and manage the implementation of minimum-security requirements and customer demands

•            Management of Local RE lifecycle maintenance and customer demand;

•            Local interface to FM/FS; Ensure interface/liaison to FM/FS services/contractors; claim management, Support evaluation and selection of outsourced vendor, service provider for FM/FS with CSCM

Additional Tasks

•            Ensure legal ownership representation to local authorities

•            Ensure total adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws

•            Transaction and external renting support (e.g. data room, contract negotiations)

•            Support DP project with all necessary documents, resources, audits, etc.

•            Establishes security management lines and procedures for regular communication and incident/crisis management incl..local risk analysis and the security concept and documentation (SiVAS)

•            Support technical project management like: develop building passes, maintenance planning, applications, and execute maintenance projects, discuss and align maintenance projects

•            Ensure adherence to maintenance principles, guideline, processes (Tools: Planon, SRE Process House)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

•            BSc., MSc. in Engineering or related areas

•            Advanced management skills and expertise knowledge of Siemens business, organization, processes & internal customer requirements

•            Advanced knowledge of real estate market and experience in multiple Corporate Real Estate disciplines, e.g. Asset Management, Property Management, Facility Management, Procurement of Real Estate Services & Legal aspects.

•            Basic knowledge in Business Administration.

•            Excellent command of both Turkish and English

•            Strong communication skills and customer orientation
