QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Project Logistics Management Department, we are looking for a Part Time Working Student (Logistics Project Professional). This role will be responsible for supporting material management activities of Smart Infrastructure Operating Company’s project, solution and service business activities in a remote working environment who will take part into our group's daily commercial & operational logistics operations. Main responsibilities would be keeping track of purchase order acknowledgments, processing invoices on respective modules and handling import/export declarations.

What are my responsibilities?

Supporting purchase order handling, order acknowledgment follow-up, cost booking activities, import/export processes and overall logistics set-up of cross business unit based projects,

Supporting project documentation and facilitate coordination between internal stakeholders such as customs brokers, accounting department, central supply chain management department etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

3rd year undergraduate or master student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields,

Able to work minimum 3 days remotely and/or in Kartal,

Familiarity with supply chain management processes such as material management, accounting and logistics,

Eager to improve/learn SAP MM modules,

Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English,

Strong coordination and communication skills,

Being a good team player.
