QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Smart Infrastructure Sales group, we are searching for a Sales Excellence Lead who will be responsible for Sales Governance as well as Strategic Sales Success!

What are my responsibilities?

Governance of Sales related Data and Tools,

Consultancy to different businesses including market, competitor, customer analysis and business development projects,

Consultancy services to executive management in the area of corporate initiatives and decision making support,

Research and analysis of external reports to provide market foresight, forecasting studies to enhance market knowledge, coordination between headquarters and local business to develop SI Sales Systems,

Follow-up, support and reporting of Sales Initiatives,

Creating new markets based on Smart Infrastructure Portfolio,

Leading customer relationship / experience management.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in different functions like Sales or Business Development, Management Consultancy, Management in Siemens related markets,
  • Management consultancy and sales experience is a plus,
  • MBA/ MS degree in Management will be preferred,
  • Innovative, strategic judgment, clear thinker, change oriented, strong communication skills, analytics, result& quality oriented,
  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken), German is an asset,
  • Very good command of Excel and Powerpoint skills.
