DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

For our Digital Factory & Process Industries and Drives Divisions Business Development Group we are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for strategic management process including strategic principles, growth plans with customer focused market intelligence activities, supports management in strategy development and execution process.

What are my responsibilities?

* Gathering and analyzing division specific market, financial and strategic data; deriving measures and correlations for strategic and growth plans.

* Derive market analysis and competitor analysis in vertical point of view.

* Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Surveys and NPS, analyze and follow-up results.

* Develop strategy and business plans for focused business areas and portfolio.

* Support CRM tool (current and upcoming systems).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

* Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field is preferred.

* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.

* Advanced level of English both written and spoken, German understanding is a plus.

* Team Player and customer focused.

* Clear thinker, innovative and change oriented.

* Analytical thinking, strategic judgment, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies.

* Military service should be completed for male candidates.
