Corporate Communication Manager

For our Communication Department in Istanbul, we are looking for a Corporate Communication Manager  to report to Communications Director. This role will be responsible of developing and leading the brand & communication strategy and plan of Siemens Turkey with the objective of increasing brand image, reputation and awareness at all stakeholders.

What are my responsibilities?
• Develop and manage the annual external communication strategy and plans of the company
• Leverage the PR coverage for Siemens Turkey, ensuring a positive media coverage locally and globally
• Responsible of all external and internal messages and talking points of the CEO
• Coordinate and manage all media interviews incl talking points of company’s spokespeople
• Manage the digital platforms of the company including social media, blog and website
• Manage advertorials and media planning of Siemens Turkey brand
• Track competitors’ activities daily and ensure necessary communication plans are developed proactively.
• Closely monitor and assess local and global political agenda and business environment  and develop action plans when necessary
• Annual PR budget management
• Develop a clear communication content during crisis

What do I need to qualify for this job?   
• Experience of operating in large and complex organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills, motivational writing, planning and organizational skills, and a creative and innovative approach
• Bachelor Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, International Relations or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations and communications.
• Experience in management of social media accounts with high followers
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Curious personality, information seeking, willing to learn more
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
