DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

For Human Resources Department in Kartal, we are looking for a GBS H2R Shared Services Specialist. This role will be responsible for Compensation & Benefits and digital transformation topics.

What are my responsibilities?
Administration in Compensation & Benefit Topics
• Supports implementation of global, regional or unit related employee C&B policies and programs
• Provide guidance and manage service providers regarding C&B programs like flexible benefit program, company private pension plans etc.
• Maintains fairness and effectiveness of reward programs for assigned employee groups
|• Performs C&B related analysis
• Assists developing global, regional or local C&B regulations are in line with respective guidelines and regional or local law

Others
• Coordination of global transformation projects regarding GBS H2R topics
• RIC (Risk and Internal Control) coordination within Human Resources

What do I need to qualify for this job?
• University degree in Communication, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or related departments.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related fields.
• Very good command of English.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively.

What else do I need to know?
• No restriction for travelling abroad.
