What do I need to qualify for this job?
* BSc., MSc. or PhD. in computer science or a related area
* Proven 2+ years of experience in software development and/or software testing
* Hands on experience with strong programming skills in Java is a must
* Hands on experience in C# and/or C++ is a plus
* Experience in UI test automation with Java and/or C# is a plus
* Strong knowledge in source code management (preferably Git) is a must
* Expertise in test automation and test related tooling (both test management and test automation tools, e.g., XRay, Jira, Jenkins, SOAP UI, Selenium, Ranorex Studio, Postman)
* Knowledge of Agile framework and some of its methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
* Experience in virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, VirtualBox)
* Knowledge of Linux systems
* Knowledge of network engineering, switching and routing mechanisms is a plus
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Good command of English (German is a plus)

Software Developer in Test (Java)
Siemens Corporate Technology (CT) is the central R&D department within the Siemens Group. Siemens CT in Turkey is mainly focused on software development in the areas of industrial automation and digitalization products and solutions. What are my responsibilities?
* Contribution to test scenario design according to business cases
* Developing test automation framework and automated test cases
* Contribution to building and/or maintaining test environment
* Conducting functional and non-functional system tests, regression tests and bugfix validations
* Reporting and maintaining test execution results
* Preparing test artifacts
* Conducting reviews and implementing improvements on test design, test documentation and test code
* Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards and guidelines

What else do I need to know?
* Military service should be completed or deferred for at least 3 years for male candidates
* No restriction for travelling
