Supplier Quality Team Leader

For our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Division in Gebze we are searching for a Supplier Quality Team Leader for the incoming inspection team! This role will lead the team and supervise the tasks in order to develop the team's skills and competencies!

What are my responsibilities?

Leading the team in the deployment of the quality control (QC) strategy and support for monitoring of supplier quality (SQ) continuous improvements,

Communicating with vendors about quality of deliveries and ask for corrective and preventive actions about deviations,

Supporting quality activities and perform supplier qualification audits on current and potential vendors (ISO9001 & VDA6.3),

Representing the QC in the cross-functional teams,

Initiating the regular analysis of SQ, controlling and reporting,

Ensuring the quality of the purchased parts by participating in project teams and the initial sampling process,

Developing and maintaining quality control process and improving the related quality indicators.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Material Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality, testing techniques, material technology, manufacturing, QM systems, ISO 9001; in related business areas, medium voltage and/ or low voltage production,
• Very good command of English,
• Highly skilled in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills,
• Being a good teammate, having a structural thinking and professional approach,
• Basic Knowledge of SAP,
• No restriction for travelling.
