QUALİFİCATİONS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Treasury Department of Financial Services & Banking Sector,
• Bachelor's Degree from Faculty of Economic & Administrative Sciences or Faculty of Engineering
• Analytical thinking ability,
• Strong communication and team working skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prioritizes of investments with Treasury Manager and using the resources for less secure but more profitable investment opportunities instead of more secure and less profitable investment opportunities according to current market conditions,
• Prepares projections for short and long term liquidity management,
• Manages and negotiates bank and brokerage relationships.
• Assesses foreign exchange risk and implements hedge programs and strategies.
• Develops and implements cash management operational strategies.
• Manages investment of excess funds.
• Reviews monthly interest expense and accruals.
• Oversees all back office support for in-house banking, netting, and pooling.
• Serves as contact for the treasury department in terms of cross departmental projects as needed.
• Assists the Treasury area within the institution with cash management, collateral management, funding and liquidity, investment analysis and other financial affairs.
• Manages and executes treasury functions including bank relationship management, foreign exchange operations, cash management, cash and treasury operations.
