Qualifications
· University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent,
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable)
· Experience with accounting software and online platforms SAP-SD Module is a plus
· Advanced level of knowledge on MS office programs
· No military obligations for male candidates.
Job Description
At Global Management Office, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. Our accounts payable (AP) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow, and paying vendors and suppliers. We are searching for a skilled accounting specialist to join our accounts payable team to help cost controll process, track, and record invoices & payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, including integrations with other softwares, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our related countries.
Objectives of this Role
· Support the company in optimizing our financial accounting transactions and systems
· Strengthen and grow relationships with teams in related destinations through timely closings&payment
· Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable and cost controll process
· Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting is highly benefit
· Comply with company’s local financial requirements
