We are looking for teammates who will live in İstanbul or  Mersin province and will be in our sales and marketing staff.

Job Description: Sales Representative (Sesame Sales )

  • To increase the sales rate against the customers within the company,
  • Create and develop customer portfolio with an appointment and non-appointment sales techniques,
  • To produce solutions for customer needs,
  • Identify companies in line with the company strategy,
  • Manage targeted quantity and sales budget,
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to the sales department,
  • Monitor and report on service/product activities owned by competitors and firms
  •  Plan weekly visits to potential customers in order to improve their current portfolio, provide customer follow-up and report all works,
  • To increase brand awareness by conducting marketing activities in the region


General Qualifications:

  • Must be a Turkish citizen
  • Preferably having at least 2 years of experience in the food sector (Sesame, Confectionery, Catering, Dry Food)
  • Speaks very good Turkish and English for Istanbul office, Speaks very goodArabic and Turkish for Mersin Office. 
  • Experienced in developing customer portfolio,
  • Competence and maturity to represent the brand outside the company,
  • Analyze, interpret and report,
  • Strong communication skills, successful in human relations, prone to teamwork,
  • Master of MS Office programs,
  • There are no barriers for domestic and international travel, (2 to 3 days per week may be out of town)
  • Open to work in different locations,
  • Completed or exempted military service for male candidates
  • Can reside in İstanbul or Mersin
  • At least “B” class driver's license, actively driving the vehicle,
  • Will work with net salary and bonus system
