QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Data and Business Analyst

We are in search of a teammate to take role as a Data and Business Analyst within the Customer Services team. Responsibility will mainly be developing and supporting & reporting processes in order for creation of a data driven service eco-system.
The incumbent will be responsible for the detailed functions described below and within the individual targets and performance parameters. The role reports directly to the CS Operations Manager.

What do I need to qualify for the job?
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business or IT informatics,
  • 3-5 years working experience in corporate setting preferably in the Healthcare Industry,
  • Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work,
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind,
  • Good organizational skills,
  • Ability to work and collaborate with different teams across the company,
  • Excellent command of (spoken and written) English; German will be an asset,
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office i.e. Powerpoint, Excel,
  • Knowledge in SAP and BI tools (Power BI, Clicksense, etc.) will be an asset.
  • For male candidates, the military service must be completed and/or postponed a minimum of 2 years.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Mainly responsible for analyzing the “Big data of Customer Services” for supporting, planning and forecasting activities with different aspects and presenting findings through various BI Tools (Power BI, Qlick sense, etc.).
  • Aims to find correlations between technical and financial data to create more efficient and effective processes, identifies problematic areas, and provides suggestions based on data analysis.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Calculate and monitor technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within customer services.
  • Calculate and monitor productivity of the field staff.
  • Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Design processes and tools, to allow data to be more accurate and more accessible.
  • Focuses on improving data quality for more accurate and realistic analysis.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
  • Ensure the implementation, roll out and systematic usage of CS operational performance parameters using local and global data bases and business warehouses.
  • Ensure maximum IT/ERP system performance and implementation global standards / interfaces.
  • Initiates and follow up on business required system changes and enhancements.
  • Maintain transparency on organizational, process and system maturity.
  • Provide insights for modality to managers in terms of equipment performances.
  • Calculates and monitors technical targets of Customer Service Engineers and Application Specialists.
