QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in the overall E-commerce strategy and develop action plans to accelerate E-commerce growth
- Generate and implement sales and marketing initiatives to increase E-Commerce sales and profitability
- Make the web platforms features comply with best industry practices
- Trace on daily basis quality of all sales operations i.e. customer relation packaging, deliveries etc.
- Effectively manage whole E-commerce team, in particular set KPI's for subordinates, staff trainings , personal development programs, staff hiring etc.
