We are looking for an HR Process Services Associate of Şişecam locatedTuzla / Istanbul.

• Bachelor’s degree from related universities,
• Having at least 2 years of experience in HR Process,
• Good command of both spoken and written English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Excellent organizational skills and disciplined for follow-up,
• A problem solver to be able to work in multi-tasking environment,
• Strong ability to interact with all levels of management and employees,
• Strong teamwork / collaboration skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operate all HR processes as recruitment, training, performance, and career management working in coordination with HRBP and CoE teams,
• Monitor employee exits, conduct offboarding activities and exit interviews,
• Build strong relationships and trust with line managers and HR colleagues,
• Identify and project improvement areas in HR Process,
• Take active responsibility in related HR projects.
