We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to take part in Şişecam Headquarters located in Tuzla / Istanbul;

· Bachelor’s degree with major in related departments (preferably a Master’s degree)

· Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources

· Advanced level of English

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

· Proven change management experience and adapt to changing priorities

· Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience in a multi-cultural environment

· Preferably having a knowledge of SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors

· Excellent presentation and reporting skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Providing strategic consultancy in the area of all subjects related with Human Resources

· Delivering a new and exciting HR transformation of the business setup and HR service model

· Receiving workforce planning suggestions from headquarters, factories and reporting data for evaluation

· Controlling recruitment, promotion and internal transfer processes within the boundaries of approved budget

· Taking an active role in processes of career planning, learning & development, performance management and succession planning

· Providing reports to relevant departments
