• University degree in Engineering/ Economics and Administrative Sciences
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
• Knowledge of Financial business processes (Financial Accounting, Finance, Profitability, Depreciation)
• Experience in SAP FI and CO modules - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA) and Internal Orders
• Experience in at least one of SAP FI, CO, PA, FM, TRM modules
• Good command of English
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
• Desire to continuous learning, research and development
• Customer oriented

Job Description

• Lead and facilitate solution design workshops and business requirement gathering meetings with multi-function and multi-disciplinary participants. Participate as a key member in business process modelling initiatives
• Bridge the gap between Business processes, SAP/non-SAP technology and integration with other applications and processes. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and technology to translate business requirements into concrete, specific projects that drive measurable value to the organization and align with Sisecam IT Strategy
• Implementation, roll out and production support for relevant IT application solutions. Hands on configuration and technical design, integration and problem analysis
• Provide technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design
• Analyse, design and develop a road map and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
• Manage and enhance relationships with solution providers and other external partners
• Advise business/ IT leaders as to emerging trends in the industry and suggest new ways of doing things that would facilitate greater leverage of technology
• Partner and drive partnerships with key vendors to introduce new technology
