We are looking for a Logistic Responsibleof Sisecam located in Tuzla / Istanbul;

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably BSc or Maritime Transport and Management Engineering or International Logistics Departments),

• 2-3 years experienced in Logistics Operations (Esspecially Conteiner Shipments),

• Good knowledge at Transportation Management, Supplier Management, Operation Management,

• Having technical knowledge for sea shipments (container and bulk shipments),

• Good command of English,

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and preferably SAP.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills,

• Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills,

• Able to work on a multi task base and solution oriented,

• Strong reporting skills and able to contribute to presentations,

• Have no restriction to travel (if needed),

• Strong teamwork skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ocean Container/Bulk Shipments operation activities,

• Coordinate the outbound shipments planning in accordance with the work flow processes

• Ensuring coordination with internal and external stakeholders

• Responsible for the operational process from the factory to the delivery of export shipments to the customer

• Strong comminuciating with agencies/shippinglines/forwarders

• Making invoice approvals, following suppliers payments

• To provide system developments, to help the development of business  processes

• Preperation and submission of necessary reports
