QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in a computer engineering, software engineering or informatics
• 5 years experience in a related field
• Knowledge of databases and data analytics
• Knowledge and experience about Enovia system is a plus
• Good command of English
• Problem solving, planning, work follow-up skills
• Strong communication skills, teamwork oriented

MASTER DATA AND DIGITALIZATION RESPONSIBLE

Responsible for storing, updating and tracking the design drawings and technical drawings of all products designed by the Glassware related Mold Design teams or created by external requests in a way to create corporate memory, uploading them to a master data center in an updatable and traceable manner, making them accessible to relevant stakeholders, and monitoring their accuracy and currency.

Ensuring the widespread and regular use of master data systems in the Glassware related Mold Design teams, supporting the access of the entire team to these programs and data centers, creating the necessary system from the master data center, following existing and new programs for master data tracking, taking the necessary actions to ensure that the systems are up-to-date and technological.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking an active role in the creation of the Master Data - Archive system to be created for Glassware designs and related molds, triggering and managing the process with the relevant teams
• Keeping all product, accessory, pattern, color and material designs to be used in the product ranges of Glassware brands in an accessible and traceable data center
• Monitoring that the data in this center is up-to-date and correct
• Uploading all drawings, designs, technical drawings, patterns, materials, graphics, packaging, knives, structure solutions, packaging models, prototypes, production drawings and mold drawings etc. files created by the Glassware Design Teams and related Mold Design Teams to the main data system in an accessible and open order, and does the organization.
• Ensuring that the data created on Glasware and related mold products is also accessible to relevant stakeholders
• Monitoring the synchronization and joint use of the master data system with the Mold Design Directorate and all Glassware factories
• Monitoring the necessary updates in the main data systems, researching and introducing new and more efficient systems by following current technologies
• Solving the problems that may arise in sharing all uploaded data with the relevant manufacturers
• Analyzing and monitoring the data in the main data system, receiving relevant reports and improvement actions
• Building the digital infrastructure and archive processes of Glassware design and related design teams, determining the necessary software for this purpose, ensuring integration with the determined software and managing the projects
