We are looking for Occupational Health Supervisor (Occupational Physician) to take part in HQ located in Tuzla – İstanbul;

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate from the Medical School, having Occupational diseases, occupational health and internal diseases specialization is an advantage
• Having Occupational Health Certificate at least
• Experienced in occupational diseases, prevention healthcare and risk analysis,
• High level of IT intelligent and interest
• Skilled and good team player
• To have a high sense of responsibility, to be open to research, learning, and education,
• Good communication and persuasion skills, high motivation,
• Ability to communicate with different cultures and societies
• Problem solver
• Good MS Office knowledge (Word/Excel)
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Flexibility in working hours
• No travel barrier

Job Description 

 Within the scope of ŞİŞECAM Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, Procedure, Authorization and Responsibilities List; Reducing the health risks in the workplace and ensuring the full well-being of the employees, preventing work accidents, carrying out studies to minimize the loss of workforce, ensuring the fulfillment of legal obligations in line with OHS laws and regulations, necessary information and training activities for the follow-up and continuity of the implementation of the OHS Management System. It is responsible for the planning, follow-up and coordination in the workplaces. In this context;

• Following the implementation of the necessary work in the workplace within the scope of OHS legislation, ensuring its sustainability, management of the projects carried out in this regard, providing information and consultancy to the relevant teams when necessary
• Ensuring that occupational health activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and other requirements.
• Periodic monitoring of the studies carried out / detection of deficiencies or malfunctions in the practices and coordination of the health units for complementary studies
• In all processes, management of risk assessment studies and practices in terms of Occupational Health, then making suggestions to the process responsible/management in order to ensure the elimination of hazards and controlling the risks, and sharing the reports with the relevant units on these issues.
• Determining Şişecam preventive health standards and putting them into practice on a workplace basis
• Establishing relations with the Social Insurance Institution, Hospitals and Universities related to Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases
• Coordination and consolidation of the annual budget studies of health units, sharing with the management, annual follow-up
• Monitoring and reporting the working order of health unit staff
• Follow-up of the work environment, maintenance / control / measurement plans that should be made in terms of occupational health in the workplace and management of the process
• Disseminating occupational safety awareness in the workplace as a pioneer in studies on occupational health and safety
• Management of the health elements of the emergency action plan on campus and coordination with Şişecam workplaces
• With Şişecam Academy, ensuring that the relevant occupational health training activities for the employees are planned in accordance with the legislation andmonitoring the practices
