 We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to take part in Sisecam Headquarters;

  • Bachelor's degree in degree in Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences (Industrial Engineering is preferable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  •  Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and ERP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travels
  • Have experience in strategy preparation
  • Having business development oriented approach


JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Making sales according to the determined sales conditions and prices with maintaining constant relationships with current and potential customers and achieving the sales targets
  • Monitoring the sales operation processes and ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping the post-sales communication strong with the customers
  • Within the framework of market conditions, conducting research on existing and potential markets and identifying needs
  • Following and reporting innovative developments in target sectors
  • Ensuring continuous sales process by establishing good relationships between internal functions/related departments
  • Strengthening and maintaining the brand image by emphasizing the products and company identity
  • Following the product research and development process, sharing necessary information with related departments, and taking action on necessary conditions
  • Making the necessary arrangements for the visits of current or potential customers also evaluating the outcomes/results
  • Designing and implementing tactical and joint business sales plans that increase industry sales in the region
