We are looking for a Strategy Monitoring & Corporate Performance Management Specialist to take part in Şişecam Headquarters –Strategy Function in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree with major in faculty of economics and administrative sciences and faculty of engineering

·        MBA and master’s degree in related areas would be an asset with high level finance knowledge

·        Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic planning/implementation, banking, or consulting

·        Professional experience and knowledge in coordinating Strategy monitoring & corporate performance management process to translate corporate vision and strategy into a set of strategic objectives/targets that drive performance

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

·        Proficiency in MS Office applications

·        Excellent presentation and reporting skills

·        Proactive and with a high sense of responsibility

·        Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

·        Strong communication and learning agility skills and a good team player

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Taking a role in Creating strategy monitoring reports (CEO strategy dashboard) that will cover KPI and project performances in a way that will provide feedback to all relevant stakeholders and making gap analyzes

·        Taking a role in evaluation of related reports on strategy performance within the Company, creation and realization of performance reports and corporate scorecards requested by the CEO (Project/action and KPI)

·        Fulfillment of the tasks assigned during the execution and reporting ofInternal Analysis (Financial, Regional, Functional performance etc.) and strategy tracking studies

·        Taking a role in making early warnings by monitoring the strategy through the year

·        Supporting the process of disseminating and breakdown of objectives and KPIs of the strategy throughout the organization

·        Fulfillment of tasks assigned to support the top management in the planning of the corporate performance of the company and in the determination ofKPIs, strategic targets, initiatives

·        Fulfillment of tasks given in the process of measuring the performance of investment projects (feasibility vs. actual)

·        Supporting the process of establishing and evaluating bonus and performance management goals

·        Ensuring the sustainability of corporate performance management systems and performing the tasks given in the process of making the necessary controls and system improvements
