QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sistem Teknik is a global player on industrial furnaces business for Aluminum, Non-Ferrous metals and Carbon fiber reinforced composite production lines with more than 40 years of experience and 1500 projects over 30 countries across the globe. Through innovative design and engineering, Sistem Teknik provide high efficiency heat treatment facilities with the latest automation technologies.

In order to fulfill our vision of becoming the largest producer in the industry, we are looking for a team member who will help us toward this vision.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics or other qualified major from a reputable university
  • Experience in a Big Four audit company is preferable
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial accounting, finance and budget management especially in a manufacturing sector
  • Sound understanding of IFRS and experience in other financial reporting frameworks
  • Qualified as an SMMM
  • Capability in project and team management as well as in interdepartmental coordination
  • Fully proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication skills
  • Management skills with a result-oriented approach
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • No military service obligation for male candidates
  • No travel restrictions


Job Description:

  • Managing the financial strategy of the company
  • Reviewing the value of company assets
  • Determining the annual and monthly budgets for each department
  • Making annual tax projections
  • Determining and adjusting the annual budget of the company
  • Structuring financial processes in accordance with pertinent legal regulations
  • Managing the financial risks for the company
  • Leading the coordination of the company’s interactions with financial institutions as well as the management of the cash flow
  • Designing financial models in order to support the company’s growth plan
  • Leading the infrastructural improvement of the ERP system in the company
  • Managing the preparation of balance sheets in every 30 and 90 days (in accordance with VUK and UFRS standards)
  • Creating a system for the cost and profit analysis of the company’s manufacturing projects
  • Helping the professional development of her/his team members that she/he is supervising
  • Following the updates on accounting policies and assessing the effects on the company’s financial processes
