Summary of Responsibilities
· Follow maintenance roles (timelines and repairs)
· Create & Maintain Facilities scorecard
· Own and follow up with finance facilities topics
· Manage facilities finance (through quote to receipt) and CER involvement & cost saving management
· Planning and coordinate changes and repairs for the building
· BCP creation and management
· Health and safety advisory
· Attend management calls with facilities lead
· Supplier & Vendor management
· Ensure maximum and effective desk to site coordination
· Creating & maintaining site facility information (inc. UPS, HVAC, Water, electricity, seating plans / inventory)
· Managing the day to day, repair oversight and documentation
· Willingness to travel and carry out, out of hours shift work
Overall and Corporate responsibilities
You must take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies. You must ensure a clear line of communication for line management and customers at all time.
You must adhere to agreed procedures and ensure that changes/incident resolutions are resolved in line with Sitel or client security policy requirements and ensure the effective management of 3rd party technology providers and their compliance with Sitel and Client security policies when working on Sitel systems.
You must ensure you have the professional certification and qualifications if undertaking work that could put your health at risk, if dealing with structural parts, power, water or heat.
Communication: Strong written and spoken English essential. Strong communication skills required, with customer base, clients, vendors & technical teams. A second language is desirable but not essential.
Process: Experience of establishing & maintaining highly standardised process environments across diverse geographies & languages. Understanding of Facilities (Real Estate) tasks a positive.
Organization: The role requires the vision & motivation to be able to be a key interface between facility function and the Operational business, including external Clients and Suppliers/Vendors
Technology: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Real Estate: Proven facility management skills, ability to communicate effectively and manage Suppliers/Vendors.
