Six Senses Kaplankaya presents a mosaic of architecture, history and art, and is within easy reach many famed archaeological sites.   • Minimum Tourism High School degree.
  • Proficient in spoken English.
  • Experience in a similar role in luxury hotel brand is preffered.
  • B Class Driver License is a must.
  • Must be physically able to lift guest luggage.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on sliding shift.


  • Drop off and collect guest luggage according to the standards and procedures of the resort.
  • Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
  • Deliver newspapers and messages to guests’ villas, and to deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload cars on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
  • Check the lobby, helping to keep it clean and tidy and report any defects.
  • Assist the bell desk supervisor in keeping a proper working relationship and efficient co-ordination between the Concierge Desk and the Resort’s transportation service provider in order to provide fast and efficient service for the guests.
  • Check the hotel buggies and vehicles making sure they are clean and in good working order.
  • Answer guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.
  • Handle customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
  • Report any illness, accidents befalling guests, irregularities to the Front Office Manager.
  • Brings immediately to the Housekeeping Office any item(s) left behind from check-out rooms, and follow the standard operating procedure.
  • Ensure that guests’ expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
  • Recovery philosophy in situations where service or product has failed to meet guest’s needs or expectations.
  • Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
  • Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the resort.
  • Empowered to and applies the principles of the Six Senses service.
  • Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fires and emergency procedures.
  • Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law.
  • Complete any other duty assigned by management.
  • Must participate and successfully complete training and educational programs by the company.
