  • Diploma of university completion and achievements of food and beverage / hotel management.
  • Minimum five years of managerial experience in a culinary operation of a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Excellent written and verbal command in English and preferably in Turkish.
  • Additional languages are beneficial.
  • Demonstrate competent computer skills.
  • Very good knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality, preferably having resort experience.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional guest relationship skills.
  • Can identify priorities and effectively execute tasks/projects accordingly and in a timely manner.
  • Highly interactive and service oriented.

  • Monitors Service Delivery by inspecting, testing and auditing all areas to meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.
  • Ensure that all menus are constantly updated, paying special attention to seasonal availability.
  • Ensure that all menus are calculated correctly to obtain maximum gross profit.
  • Ensure that all staff are constantly trained to effect good portion control and pleasing presentation of all dishes.
  • Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards.
  • Ensure that profit margins are maintained, agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control systems, including issuing against sales analysis and menu costing.
  • Ensure that all stocks are being kept securely and under the correct conditions applicable to each type of commodity stored.
  • Ensure that all documents are sent to the appropriate accounts department immediately for processing.
  • Conduct regular stock checks/stock takes.
  • Ensure that all information which is required to compile meaningful budgets is available at all times.
  • Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
  • Ensure that fair discipline is enforced.
  • Plan and manage with the departmental managers, the successful implementation of Departmental training and the Resorts Training Plan.
  • Hold performance appraisals with all management staff, identifying areas for development and training needs, and ensuring that this training is effective.
  • Ensure that all hosts under your control are fully informed in respect of disciplinary procedures, the handling of grievances, etc.
  • Ensure that reports and administration requirements are submitted in set time.
