QUALIFICATIONS

Six Senses Kaplankaya presents a mosaic of architecture, history and art, and is within easy reach many famed archaeological sites. There are 141 guestrooms including six suites (75 in the main building and 66 Ridge Villas), all boasting stunning views to the Aegean Sea. Aegean & Mediterranean-inspired fresh, sustainable cuisine interwoven with Turkish elements and flavors is the overarching theme of three dining venues, introducing ‘Eat with Six Senses’ concept by sourcing local and fresh products. The expansive 10,000 square meter Spa, Fitness and Health & Healing Center offers guests and residents a truly integrative approach to optimal wellness. Qualifications
  • Minimum high school education and completion of his or her chosen academics.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel setting. 
  • Excellent command on both English and Turkish.
  • Additional languages are beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Upselling skills.
  • Able to work with sliding shifts.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Ensures to be a professional middle host between management and host keeping in mind goals, rules and regulation and objectives.
  • Work with an empathetic attitude and if there is any problem which cannot be handled, must contact Restaurant Manager/Asst. Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively in the working area.
  • Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by the resorts standards.
  • Supervise the waiter’s team.
  • Take order from any food & beverage outlet menus.
  • Ensure all mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service.
  • Have a good knowledge of all outlet menu and F&B day to day activities.
  • Recommend and promote items as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
  • Maintain at all times the highest standard of social skills.
  • Provides Management with creative ideas.
  • Report maintenances faults.
  • Make every effort to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of guest’s requests throughout service.
  • Act as a captain who helps and support host.
  • Ensure that you’re working area is of exemplary clean nature.
  • Ensure guest / room charges at points of sales are correct.
  • Ensure that you are aware and informed of all products the resort use for restaurant service.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort.
  • Fully understand the team goals and objectives, ensuring that the maximum is done to achieve the targets.
  • Be present throughout service.
  • Have knowledge of guests’ likes and dislikes throughout their stay.
  • Always strive to perform any additional and responsibilities given.
