Scope

• Organize scheduling of appointments to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the client’s needs are of first importance.
• Obtain and accurately record all relevant guest information including room info, and requests/preferences.  Prepare all guest correspondence and administration as per brand standards and ensure excellent presentation.
• Respond to all guest enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information Health & Healing services.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and organization of the reception area at all times, ensure that adequate supplies of all public information material are available and are in immaculate condition.
• Record and track turn away business and repeat guests through the Health & Healing system.
• Prepare the reception area for the start of the next shift, ensuring all messages are communicated and carry out a detailed hand over.
• Answer telephones within in a professional manner, following brand standards.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and communicated.  Maintain a good knowledge of the hotel and facilities available. 
• Responsible of keeping the salon guests comfortable while waiting, with serving a drink, making sure there is necessary amount of updated reading material and warm, genuine attention.
• Coordinates the shifts of all nurses on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Graduation from faculty of health sciences of the universities.
• Good written and verbal skills in English.
• Russian language knowledge is beneficial.
• Minimum two years of experience in clinics, health departments or any other related fields.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work on sliding shift.
• Exceptional inter-personal skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work with a variety of people in person, correspondence and over the phone in a pleasant and positive manner.
• Energetic with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure, remain calm and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
