QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Six Senses Kaplankaya presents a mosaic of architecture, history and art, and is within easy reach many famed archaeological sites. There are 141 guestrooms including six suites (75 in the main building and 66 Ridge Villas), all boasting stunning views to the Aegean Sea. Aegean & Mediterranean-inspired fresh, sustainable cuisine interwoven with Turkish elements and flavors is the overarching theme of three dining venues, introducing ‘Eat with Six Senses’ concept by sourcing local and fresh products. The expansive 10,000 square meter Spa, Fitness and Health & Healing Center offers guests and residents a truly integrative approach to optimal wellness. Six Senses Kaplankaya is an idyllic destination for celebrations. It also has facilities to accommodate team-building programs. With many excellent guest experiences on offer, the resort can customize activities to suit active guests and guests who prefer to simply sit back and relax.

Scope

  • Adhere to all Six Senses brand standards / LQA ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation.
  • Ensure the residence service offering is in compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure good communication and cooperation between Residences department and other departments.
  • Liaise closely with all operational departments to ensure that all guest requirements are met.
  • Read all reservation correspondence prior to the guest arrival to understand the needs and wants of the guests, update and correct information in Opera accordingly.
  • Personally resolve any problem guests or homeowners may face during their stay in the hotel or endeavors to provide the maximum service possible always with a margin for flexibility.
  • Communicate to management concerned, movement of guests and their comments.
  • Respond to home owner’s issues on daily basis.
  • Assisting operation of the residential villas and acts as a liaison between home owner and hotel operations team.
  • Attend to all service requests and forward to the appropriate department and maintain continual follow up until completion of issue. (transportation, services etc. to be posted accordingly)
  • Assist Finance with the review of resident’s financial statements, mailings, billings etc.
  • To follow up on numbers of divided occupied residences to each residences host; in winter season vacant residences will be followed up on status during construction or inspections after raining’s etc.
  • Make and reconfirms all owner and owner/guest reservations in Residence occupancy report.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from related faculties.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in a luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills both in English and Turkish.
  • Good level of Russian language skill is a beneficial.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Opera/OVOS, familiar with various Hotel booking platforms.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of duties and multi-task.
  • Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
  • Analytical and negotiation skills required.
  • Must be flexible and able to work with a variety of people in person, correspondence and over the phone in a pleasant and positive manner and maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work well under pressure, remain calm and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail.
