As Quality manager, your purpose will be to contribute to maintain and improve our quality stantards. All our cups are made in Turkey and must meet the quality of SMART PAPER (European standards). We continue to constantly raise our production quality. Our priority in the sector; to continue our efforts to become a respected and reliable company in line with our vision, mission and values ??by prioritizing customer satisfaction and honesty.

1.     POSITION IDENTIFICATION

Job Title :Quality Specialist

Department :Administrative

Definition

• ·        To follow up the decisions taken in order to determine and initiate regulatory and preventive actions in line with customer complaints are implemented and to inform the relevant units,
• ·        Ensuring the management of actions for both internal and external customer complaints,
• ·        To follow the system and quality control processes according to the standards in accordance with the Quality Management Systems,
• ·        To implement key parameters for quality control on the process flow,
• ·        To collaborate with the production manager, to determine measures to produce safe and quality products and starting to implement action plans,
• ·        To determine key parameters and make KPI tracking,
• ·        To implement a Good Hygiene Practices,
• ·        Setting up and implementing Integrated Management Systems (ISO's and BRC Packaging)
• ·        Training production staff about GMP, GHP, HACCP,
• ·        Preparing supplier audits,
• ·        To understand and applying the requirements of the FSC and PEFC standards,
• ·        To undertake the role of leader and participant in the implementation phase of quality techniques (5S Kaizen, FMEA, Poka etc.),
• ·        To implement the necessary training plans,
• ·        To follow innovations and opportunities of quality for development and change, to make the necessary organization for the applicable ones,

2.     REQUESTED PROFILE – TRAINING

• ·        Graduated from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities
• ·        Fluent in English
• ·        Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• ·        In the production sector, especially in the packaging sector, min. have 3 years of experience
• ·        Having extensive experience in integrated management systems (ISO's, BRC),
• ·        Documentation management, business analysis, process management methodologies,
• ·        Knowledge of traceability and creation of a tracking system in production,
• ·        Disciplined and systematic working, advanced planning, follow-up, reporting and presentation skills,
  
• ·        Careful and highly concentrated, detail, follow-up and result-oriented,
• ·        Analytical thinking and problem solving ability,
• ·        Successful in teamwork
• ·        Able to adapt to intense work pace and flexible working hours,
