QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for "PRODUCTION ENGINEER" teammate with the following qualifications, for the purpose of to be employed for a hundred percent foreign-owned Smart Wood Çorlu/Ulaş Factory which is operates at manufacturing of material, which is contact the nourishment, production sector .

Candidates who do not meet the requirements below, will not be considered.

Especially, candidates who do not meet the foreign language criteria will not be considered.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· At least a Bachelor's Degree in (Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical / Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer),

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,

· Ability to take an active role in production management and the field of production,

· Who is effective the processes of Production Planning, Productivity Analysis, Productivity Effective,

· Ability to keep up with the dynamic work environment,

· Completed the military service for male candidates,

· Provide Criminal Record in case requested ,

· Resident in Çorlu , Ergene/Yeşiltepe and Sağlık Mh.

· Coherent to the food industry's rigor and discipline,

· Responsible, vulnerable with the teamwork,

· Having of effective planning, organization and problem-solving skills,

· Knowledgeable in the matter of shift order and system of shift work,

· High communication skills,

· Ability to come up with a new idea with him/her own knowledge and experience that will provide benefit to the company,

· Abilityz to follow up the task that given her/him and who can present a report about the topic,

· Being open to development and learning,

· Ability to perform statistical data analysis,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitoring and measuring the process performances related to production planning, performing the necessary activities for continuous improvement with analyzing the results by realizing daily, weekly and monthly production plans in a way to ensure the most effective use of factory production resources like (labor force, machinery, equipment). Reporting by measuring on performance / efficiency of production lines.
