İŞ TANIMI

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing, managing, maintaining, supporting and improving applications and all associated tools
• Engaging with business, account and customer contacts to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and service improvement
• Identifying and managing service challenges and developing plans
• Driving continuous service and quality improvements. Proactively monitor, analyse, plan, deliver and measure/report
• Working closely with Development, Infrastructure and Project Management
• Carrying out reporting and documentation by the organizational standards
• Conducting root cause analysis and solving problems in managed structures and customer projects

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience managing Microsoft IIS and Windows Server platforms
• At least 2 years of experience managing SQL Server and Oracle database platforms
• At least 2 years of experience within a Middleware Operations, Application Management , Application Support or Delivery function (national or international)
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, Jasmin or MongoDB are preferred
• Experience of designing, implementing and administering  Windows and Linux Application platforms including high availability solution in a 24x7 business critical environment  are preferred
• Microsoft, Oracle, Linux certifications are preferred
