What is the role?

We are looking for a ”Software Test Team Leader” to take part in our İstanbul office.

We are looking for a passionate talent professional who has;

• At least 10 years of work and 5 years of management experience is needed
• Can manage the test members scattered in different cities
• Can distribute the work within the team and help if it’s necessary
• Experienced with test automation and tutor the team if necessary
• Knows selenium web driver automation framework well and can apply in our projects, has experience with improving Java and/or .net
• Experienced with performance tests and used performance test tools (JMeter LoadRunner...) and tutor if necessary
• Can provide or overlook results of the analysis from the test Scenarios writing
• Can follow defect management via Jira
• Can make sure and follow if the Regeneration sets are up to date
• Experienced and knowledgeable about web service surveys and tools (postman SoapUI)
• Knowledge about the database and the SQL
• Experienced with mobile practice tests and automation and did use similar technologies like appium before
• Can be in an active role with our foreign customers' projects.
• Can manage multiple projects and automation at the same time
• Can command agile methodologies, knows software test methodologies and can do test plans
• Military service must be fulfilled for male candidates
• You must be fluent in Turkish & English.
