Export Sales Specialist

We are looking for an “Export Sales Specialist” for our client; multinational group of companies with production facilities based in Gebze, Kocaeli, sales & marketing activities over 84 countries in the world. It provides all needs for display and sign industry including PPE products.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         University degree is a must

·         Minumum 3 years of experience in export sales and export operations positions

·         Fluency in written and spokenEnglish

·         Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP programs(Preferably SAP and Jira)

·         Able to travel abroad when necessary

·         Adaptability to intense work pace and flexible working hours

·         Analytical thinking, being able to follow up operations

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills

·         Dynamic, active, high motivation, well-disciplined follow up, result oriented

·         Driving license (B) and active driver

·         Resident in Istanbul Anatolian Side

·         Completed military service for male candidates

·         Able to use technological tools to communicate with global clients

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         To ensure continuity of sales and operation processes

·         Preparing proposals and sales contracts in the direction of clients' requests

·         Improve existing client relationships to create new opportunities and ensure continuity

·         Mostly communicate with the customer by phone and e-mail

·         To achieve sales targets

·         To report to his/her manager about business activities and analysis

·         To coordinate with related departments in the company

·         Observe market and customer developments

.         Actively organize activities such as fair exhibition meetings
