Quality Engineer

We are looking for a "Quality Engineer " who will work at "Quality Department" of our client that we provide HR consultancy services. Our client operates in the automotive industry as subsidiary to steel and metal fields and is located at Gebze.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments (preferably mechanical, industry or metallurgical engineer)
• Minimum 3 years overall experience in similar jobs and experience in an automotive industry
• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001)
• Knowledgeable about APQP, PPAP, IMDS, PDCA, 8D, SPC
• Quality process improvement techniques and knowledge
• Knowledgeable about technical drawing and measurement tolerance 
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Customer focused, responsible, result-oriented, systematic and analytical thinking, 
• Tend to team work, willing to learn, open to innovation and proactive
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
• Resident in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli

İŞ TANIMI

• At error reports of customers that are within the responsibility, managing the 8D process 
• To fulfill the requirements of the quality function in product implementation processes
• To ensure the preparation of PPAP in accordance with customer specific requirements by piloting PPAP preparation
• Preparing, updating and publishing the reports requested by the client
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• To carry out internal and external audits at planned times
• Participate in PFMEA and error-correcting activities
• Planning of the activities required to reach specified targets to overview customer portals
