Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a “Sales and Marketing Executive” for our client. Our client is a multinational group of companies with production facilities in 4 factories based in Turkey, distribution and warehousing facilities in 2 overseas countries and finally sales & marketing activities over 84 countries in the world. It provides all needs for display and sign industry since 1993. Over the years, the company grew consistently in the offerings of global markets.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably Engineering or Business Faculty
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Speaking German at Hoch Deutsch
• 3-5 years of experience in an export sales or marketing positions
• Will be able to travel often both abroad
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Programs (Preferably SAP and Jira)
• Customer focused, with outstanding interpersonal, analytical thinking, results-oriented
• Being open for development, being creative, persuasive and presentable
• Adaptability to intense work pace and flexible working hours
• Located in İstanbul Anatolian Side
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
• Having a valid driving license and no obstacle for traveling

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing proposals and sales contracts in the direction of clients' requests
• Making market research about the sector, creating new customer portfolio
• Improve existing client relationships to create new opportunities and ensure continuity
• Performing domestic and international customer visits, making project and product introductions and presentations
• Execution of operational processes in sales and marketing
• To conduct price research and determination studies when necessary
• Work to achieve sales and collection targets
• To prepare and provide all kinds of written documents to represent the company and product (catalog, brochure, journal interview, press bulletin, website, mass publication, etc.)
• To actively work on issues such as fairs, exhibitions, meetings
• Working in coordination with relevant departments
• Regular reporting to the administrator
