QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor degree in finance / economy related fields, 
• Minimum 1 year of experience,
• Perfect command of the English language, in particular in e-mail correspondences, 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Good communication skills, working in a multinational company,
• Excellent follow-up, multi-tasking and reporting skills,
• Be competent in solution focused, planned, attentive, teamwork and time management issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Preparing invoices and sending to the clients and carrying out correspondences related to invoices
• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Processing tax payments and returns with supervisor
• Following the routine payments of the company
• Preparing budget forecasts
• Reporting and archiving periodically
• Following up the deadlines and taking necessary actions for reminders.
