QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to take part in Sneaks Up Headquarters located in Maslak / Istanbul;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, social sciences or similar fields,
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,
  • Retail industry experience is a plus,
  • Good knowledge of all HR operational processes and experience in managing full recruitment & staffing process,
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to relate and influence people at all levels,
  • Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with planning, organizational and problem solving skills,
  • Proactivity, attention to details, strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills,
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travels,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Executing recruitment, on-offboarding, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and organizational changes processes for his/her accounts,
  • Acting as a first point of contact for business units while ensuring the execution and delivery of all HR activities (from the recruitment process, talent acquisition, organizational development, employer branding, orientation process, performance management, compensation and benefit, headcount planning and exit process, and HR reporting etc.),
  • Coordinate related process and lifecycle including job description, audits, interviews, offers, orientations and onboarding,
  • Acting as a bridge between the HR team and the employees, it will analyze the needs of the department and ensure the coordination to work in this direction,
  • Working closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement,
  • Provide generalist operational and strategic HR Business Partner support across responsible accounts,
  • Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes to capture application, interview and hiring activity across the business accounts,
  • Work alongside in-house HR team and external recruitment agencies (as required) in the sourcing, resume screening, candidate interviewing, and consulting to hiring managers,
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope,
  • Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes,
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied,
  • Working together with the HR team and will take an active role in the development and implementation of new projects,
  • Conducting exit interviews, analyzing and reporting the results,
  • Prepare and follow up HR reports.
