QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, or Visual Communication,
• Has minimum 3 years of social media marketing, social media account management or digital agency experience,
• Has a keen interest in sneaker, fashion and street culture,
• Manages of multiple social media channels – especially Instagram, Youtube and TikTok,
• Someone who challenges his / herself, able to use own initiative, comes to the teams inside the organization with new and creative ideas, new formats and concept suggestions,
• A confident and creative copywriter who will be adept at crafting posts that develop the brand and its personality, as well as able to transform even the driest of statistics into something fascinating,
• Willing to follow-up social media and digital marketing trends all the time,
• Being creative and meticulously analytical – you know which content works on each channel!
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks,
• Shooting experience is plus,
• Result and solution oriented,
• Has good communication skills,
• Has team spirit and like to play within a worldwide network.
  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new strategies for our social media,
• Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media channels ensuring alignment with the broader marketing, campaigns, and editorial plans,
• Be responsible for developing and managing Sneaks Up’s social media platforms, including the creation and management of all published content (pictures, video, and texts),
• Creating sustainable video content on Instagram and Tiktok has utmost importance,
• Present our new contents on social media platforms in a creative and remarkable way in line with our strategy and previous learning from marketing insight,
• Support the record of the contents in our studio; monitoring quality, accuracy and consistency proactively,
• Brief and reviewing creative assets, including videography, photography, and graphics together with brand team,
• Develop and implement new campaigns (promotions, competitions etc.) to develop brand awareness, and increase followership,
• Identify all the approachable and hottest social and community resources relevant to our target audiences,
• Make followers become fans!
• Be engaging, funny, responsive, and of the moment to create viral and shareable moments,
• Use your platform knowledge and creative skills to create boundary-pushing, attention-grabbing social content using the latest affordances on each channel,
• Deliver regular reporting and analysis, setting KPIs and driving results.
