Job Responsibilities
- To compile data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to help with budget preparations and training priorities,
- Preparing and following training and development plans and programs,
- LMS System usage, creating contents, tracking and reporting,
- Develop training procedure manuals, guides, content and course materials,
- Preparing training needs analysis to create training contents, training presentations and calendars accordingly,
- Design and improve learning & development programs in line with the company strategies,
- Delivery of orientation trainings and some internal soft-skill trainings,
- Keeping and reporting training records,
- Designing and creating training and development sources (classroom training, webinar, on-the-job training, digital training, etc.),
- Identifying training and development needs,
- Providing the trainings,
- Prepare training result reports,
- Taking an active role in data driven workforce planning within the scope of Organizational Development,
- Identifying future organizational needs in line with the company's vision and acting in line with planning,
- Carrying out the necessary analyzes and studies to create the most appropriate organizational structure for the strategy and needs of the company, and following the implementation of the changes,
- Developing internal organizational processes and providing solutions for projects in order to ensure organizational efficiency and maintain sustainability,
- Creating the norm staff (headcount) of the departments and following the update of the norm staff and making the necessary analyzes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields,
- At least 3 years of experience in training and retail,
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Good command of English,
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving and time management skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Analytical thinking with good reporting abilities,
- High proficiency with MS Powerpoint and strong presentation skills,
- Strong training delivery skills,
- No restrictions for traveling,
- Completion of military services is a must for male candidates.
