We are looking for “Accounting Specialist” with following qualifications;

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or equivalent experience in industry

• Knowledge of standard accounting principles, methods, and applications

• Ability to effectively communicate accounting information, policies, and/or procedures both verbally and in writing

• Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost control procedures

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections

• Passion for knowledge and learning

• Quality and result oriented with an attention to details

• Ability of using English both writing and speaking

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Ability to anticipate problems and act accordingly

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task – great time management

• Strong interpersonal and oral/written/presentation communication skills required

• Knowledge of payroll process is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Responsible for keeping the accounts, preparing the tax returns in line with local GAAP
• Review assigned balance sheet and related income statement accounts for accuracy
  
• Preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  
• Responsible for arranging invoices per collections; Perform periodic reconciliations with external customers
  
• Manage cash flow of the firm i.e. salaries, taxes 
  
• Coordinate and control expenses
  
• Prepare headcount reports to Teknopark management and update personnel data in related database
  
• Manage payroll calculations when is needed
