We are currently looking for PMO Manager with the following skills and experience;

• Minimum 6 years professional experience, preferably in a service industry 

• Fluency in English writing and speaking skills

• Good track record of project management 

• Positive communication and interpersonal skills at a very high level and be self-motivated 

• A team player and evidence good listening skills

• Excellent analytical skills in problem structuring, problem solving and risk assessment and mitigation

• Ability to initiate and lead projects; ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to think independently and apply effective problem-solving skills

• Strong multi-tasking skills 

• Result oriented, analytical and proactive

• Information of SAP is a plus

 Job Description 

We are looking for a strong leader to lead, coach and develop a team of project managers and support specialists. You will play a key role in project development and execution, ensuring that company’s standards are upheld and all client projects are performed on time successfully.

 We are looking for a team-player and problem solver with a project and client management experience. Responsibilities involved in this role are as follows; 

• Lead, coach and develop a team of professionals including project managers, support specialists and be responsible for daily coaching and project level assistance,

• Monitor status of all projects for risk assessment and action planning to be able to guarantee the success of projects,

• Manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects, adjust plan when needed,

• Lead and enable project governance process including status reporting, issue and risk identification,

• Identifies opportunities to facilitate internal process improvement

• Proactively identifies potential issues, drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.

• Serve the team as a first point of escalation on each engagement. Able to engage in customer escalations, quickly understand project status, customer needs, identify required actions, and direct team on next steps,

• Provide regular business updates together with the necessary actions to management

• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with Project Managers and Support Specialists,

• Ability to gain knowledge of SnI’s products
